All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pyrosoft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
